This class is for beginners and those needing a refresher course. You will learn manual alphabet and basic sentences, and some cultural features of the deaf community. This class will be done without voice. We will cover chapters 1-10 of the textbook.

For students that have already completed ASL I or have a good knowledge of ASL. This class is not recommended for S.E.E. students. The class will be taught without voice. We will cover chapters 11-22 of the textbook.

AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE III
BROWN, ELINOR
Students who have completed American Sign Language II can take this course. American Sign Language III is designed to assist students in developing some proficiency in the use of conversational ASL. Teacher will use topics based on everyday occurrences and students will develop proficiency in both expressive and receptive finger-spelling from the book – Intermediate Conversational Sign Language.

FRENCH

Would you like to learn French? This course will teach basic vocabulary, grammar, and common, useful expressions. Students will learn how to read, write, and speak French. French culture is integrated into this course. Please bring a notebook and pen or pencil.
