Student Computer and Internet Use Acknowledgement Form

Each student and parent/guardian must sign and return this acknowledgement form to Pam Stockmar at Cony High School A.S.A.P.  The student will then be given his/her own User Name and Password which will enable him/her to access and save work on a Network storage area anywhere in the building.
