10/14/2008 meeting minutes
Present: Lila Beaulieu, Ann Marie Doyon, Sue Dionne, Sylvia Roy, Emily Stephenson, Tara Cody, Vicki Roderigue,
Mary Beth Briggs, Lynn Richard
Lila and Emily will be cutting and stapling the booklets to be distributed on October 27th. The drawing will be held on November 20th with the winners able to pick them up on the 24th & 25th. There will be 2 baskets raffled off.
Plans are well under way and the flyers have been sent home with the students. If anyone has any “ins” with local merchants, please feel free to ask for donations for this wonderful event. We like to raffle off/have door prizes which include gift cards, crafting supplies, etc. This event is being held on November 15th.
This year’s cover was chosen by the 6th graders. The theme “Crank Up the Memories” has won!!!

Sylvia has already received a donation of $50 from Hannaford for this project. Way to go Sylvia!
Parent-Teacher Conferences
Again this year the PTC will be supplying supper for the faculty. Emily will be purchasing meat, cheese and veggie platters. There will also be cookie/dessert items and drinks.
School Store
Vicki is once again donating her time on Mondays so that we may open the school store. The schedule will be every other Monday. Thanks Vicki!

*We will have baskets and items to raffle off. Chances will be $1 each or 6 for $5.
*50/50 Raffle – winner will receive half of the proceeds from the 50/50 raffle.
* Cropping Café – a delicious variety of refreshments including lunch items will be available for purchase throughout the day.
* Consultant on hand for all your scrapping needs.
