  The FAFSA for school year 2019-2020 will be available on October 1, 2018 at 

Select and file the 2019-2020 FAFSA, if you will be enrolled in college between July 1, 2019 and June 30, 2020.

 Filing the FAFSA is easier than ever - most people can fill out the FAFSA in 30 minutes or less, especially if you are prepared and know where to get help. 

Get Ready to File!
If You Don't Have Your FSA ID, Get One Now
The FSA ID is the user name and password students will use to access all Federal Student Aid websites, including
All students need an FSA ID. One parent of a dependent student will also need to create an FSA ID to sign the FAFSA. 
We strongly recommend getting your FSA IDs ahead of time. Each FSA ID takes about 10 minutes to create.

  • FAME will be offering 23 In-Person FAFSA Help Sessions statewide starting on Wednesday, October 13.
