Welcome to my web page!   This is my 28th year at Farrington School and I love teaching!  I’m an Augusta native and attended the old Farrington when it used to be near the end of Eastern Avenue.  In 2ndGrade, I decided that teaching was the job for me!   I graduated from Cony High School and the University of Maine at Farmington.  Teaching is such a rewarding occupation and I enjoy it each and everyday.  My husband and I live in Augusta with our kids, Thomas and Katherine.  Thomas is a senior at the University of Maine at Orono studying Forensic Psychology. He loves to fish.   Katherine graduated from  Cony HIgh School and plans on attending Aveda Cosmotology School this fall.  She enjoys field hockey and horsebackriding.
Did I mention that we live on a farm?  Our happy menagerie includes 15 Black Angus cows, chickens, 3 cats Fiona, Junie and Dave.  Can you believe that we have all these animals?   As a family we enjoy reading, sports, gardening and spending time together.  In March we make our own maple syrup and in the summer we make salsa with all of our tomatoes.

Homework:  Students should be reading for at least 20 minutes each night. Please check their planners for special notes and reminders.
