Chelsey Kaiser- Guidance

I am so lucky to be joining the Lincoln Elementary School community! I cannot wait to see what this year has in store and to see all that we can accomplish together! Below is a little bit about me and what I like to do in my free time!

I was born and raised in Brunswick, Maine. After high school I moved to Massachusetts to attend Curry College where I received my Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Liberal Studies with a minor in Psychology and Elementary Education. I received my Master’s in School Counseling from Shippensburg University in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. My very first position was as a long-term substitute School Counselor at Fountain Rock and Emma K. Doub Elementary Schools in Hagerstown, Maryland. I decided to make my way back home to Maine and start as the grades 3-6 School Counselor at Raymond A. Geiger Elementary School in Lewiston, Maine. I was at Geiger for 2 years before making my way to Lincoln Elementary School.

In my spare time, I love to spend time with my dog Belle, boyfriend, and his 6 year old daughter. I like to be outside hiking, kayaking, running, and playing softball. On the not so nice days in Maine, I like to stay in and read, listen to music, and watch movies! I cannot wait to learn more about all of you!
