Student Online Sign-up for Sports Teams!
Students sign-up for a sports team by going to www.leagueminder.com and clicking on "Students Click Here" link.
Sign up prior to the starting date!  We need to have permission forms and physical forms on file in the athletic office for Cony Athletes before the tryout date (preferably at least two weeks prior).  Hodgkins Athletes can turn their paperwork into the main office at Hodgkins.
