The Augusta School Board voted to suspend the student in question for 90 days, effective immediately; the student not be allowed on school property or at school activities without the prior written consent of the Superintendent; for the peace and usefulness of the school. The Superintendent has provided the student and his parents with the Board’s written findings and decision.
