LETTER TO STAFF AND FAMILIES REGARDING TRAVEL PLANS FROM SUPERINTENDENT ANASTASIO


Travel Guidelines:  A reminder to all Cony Student Athletes that travel outside of New England.  You must quarantine for 10 days or have a negative covid test within 72 hours of returning to Maine before returning to School or participating in any athletic event.  A copy of the negative test (can be electronic) should be provided to your coach and/or the school nurse prior to resumed participation.

Middle School Athletic News April 1, 2021
Exciting News Middle School Spring Athletics will begin Monday April 12th.  Middle School Spring Sports include Track, Softball, and Baseball.  Please down load and fill out the Athletic Permission form, Concussion form, and the Covid Release form from the bottom of this website.  Additionally, a physical must be on file in the nurses office.  If these forms have been turned in from a prior season this year, there is no need to do anything, if not please attend to these forms prior to the start of the season.  Forms may be turned in at the main office to Mrs. Lucas or to the coach.
 

Athletic Participation Forms  
All Athletes Must turn in a completed Athletic Permission Form, a concussion form, and a Covid release form before they participate.
 
All Athletes must have a physical exam form on file with the school.  Cony students only need one (1) physical exam during their time at Cony.  If you are new to Cony, either HS or MS you must at least schedule a physical before you participate.  Please down load the appropriate form/s, fill out, and submit to your coach before you begin practicing.  Proof of Physical exams may be faxed (207-626-2541) by your doctors office directly to the Nurse's office at Cony.
