Cony German students Molly Dennett and Alex Karagiannes, along with their German teacher, Deborah Backman, are spending their weekend at a soccer-themed German immersion camp in Estes Park, Colorado, in anticipation of the upcoming 2026 World Cup. They are joining 34 other students from PASCH schools from across the US, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras and Canada. As one of only 14 PASCH schools in the United States, Cony students receive awesome opportunities such as this weekend to use their German outside of the classroom, thanks to the support of the Goethe Institut.

Homecoming Week!
Cony is lucky to participate in the Olympia Snowe Leadership Institute's Fall Conference. Every year the faculty nominate 5 freshmen girls for this prestigious honor. The students then participate in leadership development until they graduate. The Institute is in 38 schools in all 16 counties in Maine . Cony is lucky to be a part of this opportunity. Thank you to Lisa Plourde for coordinating the program and our Olas (community volunteers) who volunteer their time to advise each group. Congratulations to these students.

Attention Cony Middle school students! Join us for a dance from 6-8 on Friday, Sept 26
Every year we bring our 7th graders to the state YMCA camp to build community, develop leadership skills, get to know the students, and build a strong team. On Monday, we brought Team Rangeley and Tuesday, we brought Team Acadia to the camp. It was a wonderful day. Thank you to our AP Mrs. Watson and the 7th grade teachers for pulling the event together. Also, thanks to our School Nutrition program and First Student for their hard work. Thank you to the state YMCA camp for providing a Ramtastic day for our students.

From our High School Yearbook advisors....All senior baby pictures, senior pictures and yearbook write-ups are due by November 15th. The cost for the yearbook is as follows:

December 2 to January 25 - $75
January 26 through end of school - $80
